I am a master's student and talented athlete for my university. Competing in Rugby League and Athletics (discus throw, shot put). I've been training for well over a decade and have experience in helping obese people get in shape by building a healthy mindset around food and understanding how to enjoy healthy delicious meals to fuel your training.
