Coming from a background working as a SEND Teaching Assistant and ABA tutor at the Primary level, I have gained significant experience in knowing how to make the curriculum accessible and engaging by assessing students and tailor lessons according to their interests so they maintain engagement with the subject.
I am qualified and trained in PECS, Makaton, ABA, Phonics, Colourful Semantics, Sensory Circuits & Bucket Time Attention & Listening Intervention in order to ensure my teaching is always accessible and understood.
I am a native Arabic speaker with a degree in Arabic & History and my subject knowledge extends beyond Primary to cover GCSEs, A-Levels and supporting young people with CVs, Oxbridge Entrance Exams, Personal Statements & University applications.
