If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. I give every student one free late-cancel because I understand that things do come up. After that, I will charge a late cancellation fee for late cancels/changes with less than 24 hours notice. If you do not show for an appointment, I will send an email or text reminder. If you are late, we will still end at the scheduled time. If you want to leave a session early, I will still bill for the entire appointment. There will be no "carry-over" or "owed" minutes, so it is important that we have enough material to last the entire session. If you are a no-show for the entire appointment, you will be charged for the appointment. In turn, if something comes up, I will also try to give 24 hours notice to cancel/change an appointment. If I have to cancel/change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will be responsible for 1 free hour of tutoring. If I am a no-show for an appointment, I will be responsible for 2 free hours of tutoring. If I am having technical issues, I will email or text, and I hope he will do the same.
