My first approach in class is to understand each and every student. It is meant to be interactive. Not every student is best in a similar field. My main objective is to understand the students and guide them towards the path that they are good in. In order to do so, there will be a lot of life skill activities that will make me analyze and access the students. It will student engagement session.
