About Kamila
Graduated from Management & Administration University in Nantes, France and having completed an MBA exchange course in Atlanta, GA, I acquired several years of experience in management and project management and management within an American multinational industrial company. In this role, I had responsibilities to carry out projects of several thousand dollars internationally and on the side, to be committed to recruiting and closely monitoring high potentials so that they evolve quickly in key positions in the group leadership. After 10 years in the business, I decided to move towards professional and personal coaching and help teams and individuals achieve their performance goals.
Today certified in coaching, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and being a master practitioner in hypnosis, I can accompany both from a coaching and therapeutic angle to improve your productivity at work, while taking into account your mental health. As a headhunter, I can also help you stand out in your search for new opportunities and progress in your current business.
I am very passionate about international work and intercultural relations. I have studied intercultural communication, while putting it into practice for many years. During my professional and personal journey, I have lived in 6 countries, visited or worked in around 40 countries, carried out a personal volunteering project traveling through 15 countries around the world.

1. UNDERSTANDING NEEDS AND SETTING A FRAMEWORK (free session)
Together we carry out a first chemistry meeting to ensure that the current passes between us, to set up a support framework in complete transparency and to validate the approach together.
2. ASSESSMENT OF ASSETS AND PRIORITIES: During this stage, we carry out together an exploration of your unique profile and your desires: personality tests, identification of your values, assets, needs...
3. REMOVAL OF BARRIERS: Along our support, the objective will also be to work on your main obstacles that you had identified to better bring out your desires and your desires. Here we will work on a deep level with your powerful subconsciousness. Don't worry, you're in the driver's seat and spectator at the same time. You create change within yourself, while being accompanied and in complete safety. Sometimes, all it takes is a change of perspective to make our dreams and ambitions a concrete reality.
4. ACTION PLAN AND EXECUTION: We establish together a strategy adapted to you and a detailed action plan according to your objectives, including tools that will help you achieve them.
5. FOLLOW-UP: a follow-up meeting according to objectives to ensure that everything is going well for you and that you feel aligned in your steps.
This process lasts 2-5 months and transforms your daily life:
