About Anna
Hello!
I am a 9th & 10th English teacher at The Charter School of Wilmington and am happy to guide you through the writing and reading process and give you the confidence to write successfully and easily. I graduated from Moravian College with a double major of English and Environmental Science (happy to help you with AP Environmental too!) and went on to get my Masters in the Art of Teaching English at Columbia University Teacher's College.
I know my students can get overwhelmed and nervous when given an essay or large project - they second guess their grammar, struggle to start an outline, or overthink a thesis statement. I am happy to share proven strategies and guides to help you tackle some of those larger projects. I am also happy to help with improving AP essays, SAT prep, deepening analytical thought for discussions, presentation strategies, and anything else you need some boosting in!
