About Vincent
After training myself with past LSAT tests and figuring out a formulaic method of tackling the questions, I implemented it in my actual test and received a 176 score in one go. I have since got into Columbia Law School and have worked at a top 10 Big Law firm.

I have five years of experience tutoring LSAT, SAT, and college and law school applications. I believe the most efficient way to study for LSAT is with actual past tests (LSAC has published a number of them over the years), so we will use those as the "textbook." The LSAT questions are very formulaic, and I find the best way to tackle it is to have a correspondingly formulaic approach, so our sessions will focus on learning the formula and applying it mechanically and quickly in your test. We will start with me showing you exactly how I work through a problem, explaining to you eg. what I skim through and what I focus on, what kind of mental and handwritten notes I take, and how I eliminate or confirm the answer options. The next step is for you to go through some questions, trying to "copy-paste" the formula (we will of course adjust it along the way so it works best for you individually). The last step is to gain speed by getting very familiar with the formula and applying it very quickly to a new question.
In addition to helping you with LSAT prep, I understand how the LSAT fits into the bigger picture of law school admissions and legal careers, and am happy to share my experience with you.
