I was bullied for almost 5 years as a teenager for being overweight and extremely obese. Being constantly insulted for the way I look and my body, I learned how to deal with myself. But regardless of what I tried I didnt feel comfortable in my own skin.When lockdown started I decided to make a change and i lost about 10 kgs with an increase in height over time by about 18 cms and gaining a lot of muscle. So trust me when I say I understand what youre going through. I have spent countless hours reading and researching about fitness and believe me I have tried everything there is. Its not going to be easy but I can guarantee that you will be able to see the changes that you want
