About Tony
Hi, I'm Tony. I applied and was admitted to Yale, MIT, Princeton, UChicago, Cornell, Wash St. Louis, Johns Hopkins as an undergraduate. I've also helped students get into top schools including Ivy League and UC schools (UC Berkeley, UCLA).
My college personal statement was about puppets. I taught myself to sew so I could make Harry Potter puppets for the children at the pediatric disability clinic where I volunteered. That was my essay. Not the test scores, not the varsity sports or the science competitions I won. All of that was in the application. None of it was the story.
On paper I looked like a familiar kind of applicant. The puppets did what the statistics couldn't. A reader could finish that essay and remember a person. Once you've proven you can do the work, the rest of the application has exactly one job: let someone see the human being behind the qualifications.

Hi, I'm Tony, and I help college applicants write memorable applications that admissions officers remember. My focus isn't on how to manufacture last-minute impressive things for you to put on your application, but rather find the memorable part about you so that admissions officers remember and advocate for your application during the selection process. Every applicant is already IMPRESSIVE in their own way, but the goal is to make you MEMORABLE.
I serve rising juniors and seniors getting ready to apply for college, in any part of the process whether it be starting your application and college list or prepping for interviews. I have helped students hone their applications and essays to get into top schools in the US, such as Ivy Leagues and UC schools (Berkeley, UCLA).
The first free lesson will be an intro call to understand you as a candidate and plan out a suitable plan for applying to colleges.
