My programming lessons begin with clean, simple logic—understanding how computers follow instructions, how steps work together, and how code creates action. Once this foundation feels comfortable, I introduce languages like Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and MATLAB through small examples, clear explanations, and hands-on practice. My teaching style keeps the child calm and curious rather than overwhelmed.
For students who enjoy creativity, I include video game programming, where they create characters, design movement, control interactions, and build simple playable levels. Whenever errors happen, I pause with the student, explain the issue gently, and help them fix it step-by-step. By the end, coding feels like a creative tool instead of something confusing or scary.
