About Radha
My interest in programming began with curiosity about how logical instructions could create functional software. I pursued a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering to strengthen my technical and conceptual skills. Over 8 years, I have taught students at all levels, helping them build competence and confidence through patient, structured instruction that balances guidance with independent exploration. I focus on adapting lessons to each student’s learning style, combining visual explanation, step-by-step guidance, and hands-on coding projects. I emphasize understanding over memorization, encouraging students to explore ideas, experiment safely, and develop problem-solving autonomy. This approach ensures learners not only grasp syntax and algorithms but also build confidence in their coding abilities. Beyond teaching, I actively engage in software projects, study emerging technologies, and contribute to open-source initiatives. These experiences enrich my lessons, allowing me to provide relevant, real-world insights. Watching students progress from uncertainty to confident, independent programmers is immensely fulfilling and remains the most rewarding part of my work.
