Regardless of the personal subjective study method, I believe there is a univocal and objective approach to be followed in order to effectively address the science of law:
A) Read the index (s) several times for each exam, before even tackling the first textual reading
B) Immerse yourself in the first reading which must be as quick as possible, without trying to understand everything immediately and if possible without underlining, but make sure you have either the index or even better a copy of it to the side of the text submitted for reading, to be consulted when changing each theme / topic / institute
C) Without delay start the second reading and here try to imagine real hypotheses deriving from the treatment of each topic (law studies and analyzes the real or hypothetical cases and situations of our activities) here you will have to underline in pencil the salient characteristics and the inevitable differences between each institution analyzed
D) Begin the third possible reading nte relating to what is underlined in pencil, in doing so orally repeat the underlining characterizing the various institutions (for example the sale is the main exchange contract do ut des, the subjects are basically the buyer and the alienator, their relationship is substantiated in the etc .. there are prohibitions, charges, faculties, terms and guarantees for both parties etc .. etc ..) do not forget to always follow the index when doing this
E) Repeat faithfully the point D) with greater speed and inevitably by now acquired confidence, in doing so you can underline with a highlighter what was provisionally marked in pencil, always follow your index finger in doing so
F) Stop repeating orally, recharge the "batteries ", with quick reading from quick glances to what is underlined with a highlighter following the order of the topics, perform this action several times, always with index finger
G) Now if you have exam questions, do not hesitate to repeat them to exhaustion, make them yours, but do not consider them sufficient for an excellent outcome
H) You are ready to face the appeal in the best possible way, trust your acquired means, be humble and obtain a master's mark
