I blend clinical hypnotherapy and mindset coaching to help clients release anxiety, boost confidence, and create lasting change. Each session is fully tailored — using relaxation, guided visualisation, and subconscious re-training to shift unhelpful patterns and strengthen focus and calm. Sessions last around 60 minutes and are delivered online in a relaxed, confidential space. I’m a PHPA-Accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and founder of a modern practice built on the principles of calm power and mental clarity. Lessons are ideal for adults who want to overcome anxiety, build self-belief, or enhance performance and motivation.
