About Lexi
My fascination with piano began through admiration for orchestral harmony, solo performance, and musical storytelling. This passion inspired me to complete a Doctorate in Piano Interpretation and Keyboard Studies, where I explored advanced piano techniques, composition analysis, and artistic interpretation in depth. Over the past 14 years, I have guided students through lessons focused on creativity, confidence, and musical growth.
I believe every student improves differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to each learner’s strengths and artistic goals. My approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and practical understanding to help students improve naturally without unnecessary pressure. Some learners thrive through repetition and structured exercises, while others gain confidence through improvisation and creative exploration. I carefully design lessons to create a motivating and supportive musical environment.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring concert performances, piano arrangements, and educational resources to keep my lessons engaging and inspiring. Staying active in music education allows me to bring creativity and practical insight into every session. My goal is to help students become confident pianists who enjoy expressing themselves through music while continuing to grow artistically.

My piano lessons are designed to help students build strong technical foundations while developing confidence through structured and inspiring musical practice. I teach rhythm coordination, note reading, scales, chord voicing, finger independence, sight-reading, and expressive interpretation using practical and encouraging instruction. Lessons focus on helping students understand musical phrasing and structure naturally instead of memorizing movements without purpose. I create a supportive learning atmosphere where students feel motivated to practice consistently and improve steadily.
Each lesson is customized according to the learner’s experience level, musical interests, and pace of progress. Beginners receive patient guidance with posture, hand coordination, and keyboard familiarity, while advanced learners strengthen technical precision, dynamic control, and stage confidence. I include technical drills, listening exercises, musical analysis, and recital preparation to support balanced artistic growth. Students preparing for performances receive focused coaching for expressive delivery and performance confidence.
I believe piano learning becomes more rewarding when students connect emotionally with music while developing discipline and creativity together. My lessons help students replace frustration with confidence through structured guidance and supportive feedback. Many learners gradually become more expressive and technically skilled musicians over time. My goal is to help students enjoy the process of learning piano while developing lasting musical ability.
