About Abby
I am a student horn player. I have 4 years of experience teaching horn to kids aged 11 to 16. I have been a member of the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony and the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra. I also have experience conducting and playing in small groups.

I approach teaching music with empathy toward the students. We work through age-appropriate material, such as etude books, excerpts, and solos, and I teach fundamental music concepts through this material as time goes on. My biggest goal is to build confidence in my students, both as players and as people.
