I studied at the Montessori-Palau all my life and I have just finished the third course of business administration at ESADE. From a very young age I started to receive guitar lessons. I get along with children and I have a lot of free time.

My name is Joan Hortal, I am 20 years old and I live in Girona. I started playing the guitar at 6-7 and since then I have not stopped practicing. I will be in Girona until the 13th of August and during this time I would like to be able to work doing something that I like. I am an outgoing, creative person and I have always understood very well with children. I do not have a strict methodology, in fact I do not have any. For me everything depends on the student and their needs. My '' target '' are all those who want to start playing chords and songs but I can also teach tap. I think the best way to learn to play the guitar is by playing the guitar and that is why the best way to start learning to play chords is by playing songs. Even songs chosen by you, always when they are within the possibilities of each student.
