About Joel
I have been giving classes since my engineering days to my friends struggling to pass who have passed with good marks at one go. In engineering, many people fail to understand basics and hence struggle to pass because they just mug up. Once basics are strong then it becomes clear to understand things better. If I have to put up my experience it would be for 4 years.

I am a Real Estate Professional, having done diploma and degree in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience. I give short crash courses for students studying diploma and degree in Civil Engineering. Key subjects include Building Construction, Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Structural Engineering and Highway Engineering.
I emphasize more on clearing concepts and hence my methodology includes live demonstrations, youtube videos, and practical implications.
I take in batches of 1-5 people at one time to concentrate attention at a given time to all students.
