About Lou Yi
I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Plymouth (UK) and a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Psychology from Teesside University (UK), along with a Diploma in Applied Psychology from Raffles. My training in internationally recognized institutions has equipped me with strong theoretical foundations, effective research skills, and experience applying psychology in real educational and developmental settings. I have worked with students of diverse learning needs, including experience as a Special Educational Needs assistant in the UK, where I supported learners through adaptive teaching, emotional encouragement, and structured learning strategies. This experience taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and tailoring lessons to each student’s strengths and pace.
