Jan Erik Christensen PhD is the founder of Learn Chinese - Chinese Language School ((concealed information) in Oslo. Lived in China for 15 years and is fluent in oral - written Chinese. Doctorate in Chinese, and was a subject teacher in Chinese Bærum Municipality.

In Chinese teaching, the focus is on pinyin (Chinese pronunciation), basic Chinese grammar, pronunciation training and dialogue, building vocabulary, Chinese characters etc. We teach at all levels, HSK 1-6 - A1-C2. and offers classes in Oslo and online - Zoom. HSK 1-6, Children, Business, 1 to 1, group classes. The teaching is adapted to the students. The textbooks we use include Integrated Chinese 1-4 (4th edition). This textbook is the one most often used by universities. Level: 1. Integrated Chinese 1 (0-300 Chinese characters): Integrated Chinese 2 (300-700 characters): IC 3 (700-1300 characters): IC 4 (1300-1600 characters). Other courses: 1. Chinese grammar: 2. Business Chinese: 3. Modern Chinese literature and 4. Classical Chinese.

Vi diskuterte oss fint fram til hvordan det var greiest for meg å starte opp. Det ble 1-1 og det fungerte fint, ingen kjære mor, men ting kommer som kjent ikke av seg selv. Stor forståelse for hva jeg måtte jobbe spesielt med. utviste stor fleksibilitet og imøtekommenhet da vi måtte over på videoundervisning. Enorm kunnskap om språket og kulturen.
Jan Erik har bodd i Kina iover 15 år, og har kanskje den beste kombinasjonen av kinesisk erfaring og norsk bakgrunn for å lære kinesisk med. Veldig god lærer som har en PhD i kinesisk, med rik kunnskap om kinesisk kultur, tradisjoner og språk. Underviser på alle nivåer, HSK 1-6, Barn, Business etc. Det er mye praksis og diskusjoner i kinesisk i tillegg til lekser og grammatikk (bruker blant annet Integrated Chinese i tillegg til andre mer avanserte bøker). Han tilbyr både klasseundervisning og undervisning online. Har både gruppeklasser og 1 til 1 undervisning. Anbefales hvis dere vil lære kinesisk fra bunn av fra en nordmann, eller ønsker å forbedre eksisterende kinesiskkunnskaper.
