About Qinyu
I’m a Chinese art and design student currently living in the UK. I have been learning drawing, illustration and Chinese calligraphy for decades and love sharing these skills with others. I enjoy creating a calm, supportive space where students can relax, experiment and build confidence in their own style, whether they are complete beginners or already have some experience.

Qinyu is a very insightful tutor, with good knowledge of design concepts. I would definitely recommend her to people wanting to build up skill in art and design.
I have known Qinyu for several years as a classmate and close friend, and I have always found her to be reliable, patient and very organised. As a tutor, Qinyu has a calm, encouraging teaching style: she explains things step by step, check that you have understood, and happily repeat or demonstrate again when needed.
