I have recently completed my chemistry degree, and I am happy to tutor GCSE chemistry, biology and maths students. From my own experience studying GCSEs, and also from tutoring GCSE maths and science, I take the approach of first breaking the content down into smaller, more memorisable chunks, then practicing questions to solidify knowledge. I feel that this makes the content more manageable, which helps the student to build confidence quickly.

My first lesson is for free and will only last 30 minutes - this is mainly for me to gain an understanding on the main topics the student would like to focus on, what level they are currently working at, and what they would like to achieve.
