I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry, and I’m deeply passionate about the chemistry of food preservation and food analysis. I love exploring how chemical changes occur during food spoilage and how substances like antioxidants and emulsifiers help maintain freshness and stability.
