About Kelsey
My fascination with chemistry started early, driven by a curiosity about the invisible interactions that determine the behavior of the physical world. This passion led me to earn an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, where I explored molecular structures, reaction mechanisms, and laboratory techniques in depth. Over the last 12 years, I have guided students from a range of backgrounds, helping them transform initial uncertainty into clear understanding and genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
I emphasize patient, clear, and individualized teaching. By breaking complex topics into understandable steps, using diagrams, analogies, and interactive exercises, I ensure students grasp fundamental concepts deeply. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and apply their knowledge independently, building confidence and critical reasoning skills that extend beyond chemistry.
In addition to teaching, I engage in ongoing research, practical experimentation, and scientific exploration, which enrich my lessons with real-world relevance. Teaching chemistry is immensely rewarding because I witness students develop logical thinking, analytical capability, and confidence, empowering them to approach scientific challenges with curiosity, discipline, and competence.
