About Sushmita
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry. I have 8 years of experience teaching chemistry to students across different educational levels. My passion for chemistry began through exploring how matter behaves under different conditions and discovering the patterns behind chemical change. Teaching allows me to share that interest while helping students build confidence in science.
My teaching style combines patience, clarity, and flexibility. I understand that every learner has unique strengths and challenges, so I adapt lessons accordingly. Some students benefit from visual explanations, while others learn best through calculations and structured discussions. I encourage active participation and thoughtful questions. Creating a positive learning atmosphere is one of my priorities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy following developments in chemical research and materials science. Staying informed helps me bring fresh examples and modern perspectives into lessons. I enjoy helping students transform uncertainty into confidence. Supporting learners as they grow academically is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My chemistry lessons are designed to help students discover how chemical principles explain the behavior of the world around them.
