About Oliver
I am a recent graduate of a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. I have over 150 hours of teaching experience in Science and Maths over the last 6 years. Among my success stories are five GCSE Maths students who were all predicted to fail but after being tutored went on to achieve two A grades, one B grade and two C grades.

I really enjoyed learning about chemistry and science more broadly. I like to promote a relaxed learning environment where my own enthusiasm for the subject is imparted on the student. Each student has their own individual learning style. I am a good listener which makes me adept at understanding what motivates the student and therefore how to get the most out of them. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement with plenty of encouragement. When a student is enjoying learning the material they are more likely to make better quality progress in a shorter time frame.
