About Peter
As a full-time chemistry educator, I work closely with parents as partners in building their child's scientific fluency and lasting problem-solving skills. My focus is on transforming chemistry-related anxiety into genuine confidence. Whether your child is wrestling with abstract concepts like stoichiometry or organic mechanisms, preparing for demanding IB or AP Chemistry courses, studying for a high-stakes exam like the SAT Subject Test or MCAT, or needs to strengthen their foundational understanding, I provide the patient and expert guidance they need. Each lesson is carefully structured to make complex topics like chemical bonding, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, and thermodynamics feel intuitive and logical.
