About Melleisha
I am Melleisha a recently qualified ACA chartered accountant and fully qualified pharmacist.
Over the course of my career in both fields I have been exposed to a lot of Maths and found that I really enjoy this element of the role.
Passionate about helping students unlock their potential in Maths and I bring strong analytical skills and a love of learning to every lesson.
DBS certified
Outside of work my hobbies include travelling, reading, playing sports such as hockey and badminton

My lessons are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I use visual explanations and step-by-step methods to make maths easier to understand and help students build confidence in their abilities.
I focus on 11+ through to GCSE Maths. I help students improve core maths skills, develop exam technique, and feel more confident approaching challenging questions.
Lessons are usually 1 hour long and my aim is always to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress.

Melleisha was great in helping my son prepare for his 13+ entrance. She really helped him focus on his technique so that he could gain the most marks out of each exam. She taught him really useful strategies that meant he wasn't throwing away marks that were really achievable for his level of knowledge. By the time he sat his exam he felt calm, confident and prepared and got a very positive result!
