About Celia
I am a singing tutor with over 12 years of experience, teaching college students to develop both technical skill and expressive artistry. I focus on breath control, vocal tone, pitch, range, and emotional expression, helping students sing with confidence and authenticity.
My lessons are interactive and personalised. I use creative exercises such as vocal improvisation, recording feedback, and live song analysis to make learning practical, engaging, and effective. Each session is designed to match the student’s goals, pace, and style.
I place a strong emphasis on performance. Students learn stage presence, expressive delivery, and confidence for recitals, auditions, and competitions. I also include music theory and ear training to provide a solid foundation and deeper understanding of music.
I encourage students to explore different genres, experiment with vocal styles, and develop their unique voice. Over the years, I have helped students achieve success while maintaining a passion for singing.
My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, creativity, and encouragement, ensuring every student grows as a confident and expressive singer while enjoying the process.

My singing teaching methodology is designed to develop confidence and musical skill. Communication helps students understand vocal techniques and apply them correctly.
