About Erica
I have been a practitioner of yoga for 17 years, a teacher for 14 years, and a studio owner twice in that period. I have worked with all levels of students and pride myself on my flexibility to work with all types of bodies, injuries, levels and ages.

I enjoy creating customized lessons tailored to your individual needs and adjust them on a sessions by session basis, depending on how you're feeling and what you're interested in working on. Teaching isn't just about learning a technical skill. My primary goal is to have you fall in love with yoga and while building a strong foundation for your practice. For those more experienced yogis, my goals would be to deeper your practice with a focus on whatever area you're more interested in expanding.
Lessons can be set for express times (30-45 minute sessions) for those of us with limited time available, or more in depth (60-90 minute sessions) for those of us wanting to create a longer commitment. A session example would consist of breathwork/centering to begin, our main focus would be asanas with a focus on body needs for the day, and ending with an affirmation/spiritual meditation during final relaxation. The format can be adjusted depending upon a clients preferences.
