About Meenakshi
Namaste! I started practicing yoga to improve my health, and soon experienced how much it helped me manage stress, stay active, and feel stronger.
This inspired me to complete my yoga teacher training and share the benefits of yoga with others. With 6+ years of experience, I teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Advanced, and Therapeutic Yoga.
I personalize sessions for children, adults, and seniors based on their needs and abilities.
My goal is to help you build strength, relieve stress, and stay active throughout life.
