About Hemalata
Hello! I am Hemalata, a certified Yoga Trainer passionate about helping people build a healthier body and a calmer mind through the practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and focused on helping each student progress at their own pace. I emphasize correct posture, breathing, mindfulness, and safe practice in every session. My goal is to make yoga enjoyable, accessible, and a meaningful part of your daily life while helping you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace.

Every class is conducted live online in a friendly, supportive, and interactive environment.
