About Harsha
Namaste, my name is Harsha. As we all know to have a balance lifestyle is very important these days, in terms of your career, relationships, and your self growth. To create that balance in your life, here comes YOGA to balance you physically, mentally and spiritually. The yoga practices which I will be giving you will active your body capacity and at the same time it will relax your body also. And I also take classes for specific health problems like back pain, diabetes, obesity, menstrual disorders, cardiac problem, etc.

First of all I will understand your body type and your body capacity to do the practices then I teach the practices which will be focusing mainly on your body type, to increase your body strength and your capacity and enough relaxation will be given. Practice time will be of 1 hr, which will include yogasana, pranayama, mediation and relaxation techniques. In my class you will be learning something new everyday.
