About Emily
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal yoga practice and ongoing study of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. I currently teach yoga and am continuing my education toward my 500-hour certification. I’m also a psychology student, which complements my passion for creating supportive, compassionate, and trauma-informed spaces where every student feels welcome.
