About Luiza
My passion for yoga began four years ago when I first discovered the practice as a way to manage stress and improve overall well-being. I was seeking a more conscious life, to truly connect with the processes that happen inwards, which makes yoga a lifestyle and a way of living. With over 200 hours of teacher training in hatha yoga, pranayamas and meditation, my main intention is for students to develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength.

Luiza is the most incredible yoga teacher ever. She is very patient and empathic, so you feel very safe about your yoga level and how far you can go. But she also guides and drives you to always improve and achieve your goals in yoga.
