About Sritulsiyoga
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga since childhood. Yoga has been an important part of my life, and I enjoy helping others discover its physical and mental benefits.
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. I want to share my knowledge because I would love to help people become stronger, more flexible, relaxed and confident through a consistent yoga practice.
As a teacher, I focus on understanding each student's needs and guiding them step by step in a comfortable and positive environment. My goal is not just to teach yoga poses, but to help students develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle through yoga.
Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to share something I truly love while helping others improve their everyday well-being.

I offer personalized online yoga classes for beginners, women and kids. Classes are designed according to your individual needs and fitness level.
Sessions may include yoga asanas, pranayama, stretching, relaxation and simple meditation. My focus is on improving flexibility, strength, mobility, balance and overall well-being.
Classes are conducted in a simple, safe and beginner-friendly way. Whether you are new to yoga or already practicing, I will guide you step by step.
Online classes are available for students in India and abroad. You can choose individual sessions or regular weekly classes according to your schedule.
