About Karina
I’m a certified Yoga Teacher with over 600 hours of training and 3 years of experience teaching across Europe, Africa and Asia.
I've been practicing Yoga for 9 years now, and it supported my mental and physical health in a way that shaped who I am and how I navigate life.
For the past year and a half, I’ve been based in Southeast Asia, teaching in retreats, studios and yoga centers while continuing to deepen my own studies and practice of Yoga and meditation.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, with an approach that goes beyond the physical practice. For me, Yoga is a way of cultivating awareness, presence and a deeper connection with the body.
I love working one-on-one because it allows me to adapt the practice to each person — their body, experience, lifestyle and what they are looking for through Yoga.

My private classes are personalized according to your experience, body and individual needs.
Depending on what you’re looking for, our sessions can include Hatha Yoga, gentle or more dynamic movement, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
Whether you are completely new to Yoga, want to build a consistent practice, deepen an existing practice, improve mobility and body awareness, or create more space to cultivate presence and a peaceful state of mind, I will adapt each session to meet you where you are.
My intention is to create a supportive space where Yoga becomes something that supports you and changes the way you feel and interact with your daily life, rather than simply a sequence of postures to follow.
