About Dayane
Yoga meets us exactly where we are, each and every day. This means is not your body who is supposed to adapt to the asanas (postures), but the asanas that must be adapted to your body, respecting and honoring your limits as you evolve in the practice.
Vinyasa is a class designed for sweating! We synchronize every breath with a movement, flowing from one asana to the next in a fast paced rhythm.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and restaurative class, where most asanas are done laying down or seating. Each asana is held from 2 to 3 minutes.
Both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga are suited for all levels: from begginer to advanced yogis. On both styles we practice pranayamas (breathing exercises) and meditation.

Hey there, I am Dayane (pronounced Diane)
I am a certified yoga teacher, registered in the Brazilian Yoga Alliance and at the International Yoga & Ayurveda Associantion. I started doing yoga in 2010 while in Nursing school and going throught major anxiety crisis. Yoga enhanced my life helping me cultivate a serene mind and a strong and flexible body.
I am extremely grateful for being part of a lineage that maintain alive the teachings of Yoga, sharing with my students everything I learned so far.
