About Yaren
Hi, I’m Yaren. Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. After more than 15 years of training in ballet and dance, I discovered yoga as a practice that helped me build strength, improve mobility and create balance in everyday life.
As a certified yoga teacher, I love sharing the benefits of yoga with others and helping students develop confidence, body awareness and a positive relationship with movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous experience, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

My classes combine the mindfulness of yoga with my extensive background in movement and body awareness. Each lesson is adapted to your goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, improve posture or simply feel more comfortable in your body.
I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable and free from judgement. Together, we will create a practice that supports your needs while helping you grow in confidence, balance and wellbeing.
