About Thomas
Falling in love with Yoga from my first assignment, I decided to change my life, to go to India to train with Yogis, and to devote myself full time. I invite you to share with me this wonderful discipline that will bring you health, serenity and well being. I give classes at home in Paris and Seine-et-Marne.

I like to have a global approach to yoga by working on meditation, postures (asanas) as well as breathing exercises (pranayama). I started yoga with the dynamic style of Ashtanga Vinyasa, but I also like the softer and more therapeutic approaches that are accessible to all people, regardless of their physical conditions. I did several yoga classes in India and Nepal in order to find the style that best suited me, including my teacher training certified by the Yoga Alliance International.
