I am 45 yr female, friendly and Empathetic. I find the practice helps to stay active,balanced,self disciplined, feel contented and peaceful in professional as well as personal life.I am not a goal oriented or a therapeutic trainer.
i am here to support you to incorporate yoga gently in your life style.
I can customise practices for elderly people according to their present state of health to make them feel better and peaceful.I love to make them feel good about themselves.
I can speak English,Tamil, Telugu nicely and can manage Hindi and Malayalam too.see you soon.
