About Prakruti
Namaskar Myself Prakruti Thakar from Bangalore, India. I have been practicing and learning yoga for 10 years now and YOGA has been a part of my journey towards "HAPPY me HEALTHY me". I am a qualified yoga instructor (beginner, intermediate, and advanced level) from Mokshayatan International Yogsansthan which is a very traditional yoga school in India. I have also learnt pranayama and therapies to deal with various ailments such as stress, asthma, diabetes, back pain, knee pain, migraine, and constipation amongst others. My ambition is to make a difference in people's lives physically, mentally, and emotionally through my knowledge and experiences that I have gained in past one decade in this field.
