About Kasia
I am a yoga alliance certified teacher (200 hour) with another certification in Thai yoga massage to supplement adjustment techniques in my classes. Most of my teaching experience was acquired abroad as I traveled and worked at studios/spas. My training was in ashtanga and hatha yoga but my classes now focus on vinyasa flow style with an emphasis on challenging oneself in different ways and finding self expression.
