I started Yoga coaching with Gaurav around March 2024 (more than a year now), and had to take a break in-between because of an accident that had me under bedrest for more than 8 weeks. We resumed, subsequently. All throughout, I can confidently say that he’s been a catalyst in not only my physical well-being, but also my emotional development and self-control through the practice of Yoga.

Given there are limitations of what asanas, we can work on my body (given my vertigo, so no difficult head movements etc.), he combines his technical understanding with genuine commitment to my development that has helped me enjoy our sessions and look forward to it. He is sharp, observant and has a remarkable ability to observe alignment issues during the asanas, and offers adjustments to improve the postures, and also ensuring there’s no injury. He is persistent, and pushes when appropriate, while respecting personal limitations of what every individual can achieve through their body.

I am yet to master the breathing techniques and meditation practice and am looking forward to achieving it with him over the next couple of months. He believes in holistic development of both the mind and body, working on body flexibility and emotional stability.
