About Varsha
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher on a journey of sharing wellness, balance and inner peace
With a 200 TTC certification along with specialized training in Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for everyone—whether you are a beginner, a mom-to-be, a new mother, a child or a senior.
Beyond yoga, I’m also a self-taught baker who loves creating sweet treats, and a crochet enthusiast who enjoys turning yarn into something beautiful. Cooking is my therapy—it grounds me, relaxes me and brings me joy
I believe in a holistic lifestyle where creativity, movement and mindfulness come together. My goal is not just to teach yoga, but to help you feel balanced, happy and connected in every aspect of life
