About GOVIND
Hey yogis, my name is Govind. I did my yoga instructor course (300 hours) from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthan, Bangalore, and I am a record holder of 1008 rounds of Surya Namaskar in 15 hours non-stop (Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records). Currently pursuing a Bachelor in Yogic Sciences. Having experience in online as well as offline classes. Experience of 2+ years.

The class of yoga will not only cover yoga asanas but also pranayama ,meditation techniques ,relaxation ,breathing awareness and all types of seprate programs one requires.
For eg weightloss hand strength back bending etc.
Yoga is not only about asanas there are 8 limbs of yoga according to maharishi patanjali and asanas is 1 of them.
