Skilled in guiding Hatha-Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar, mixed theme yoga flows, themed classes, guided meditations, and personalized instruction. Extensive training in asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and biomechanics to ensure safe and effective practice for all levels. I Also offer Advance workshops in Back-bending, Handstand, Split and body twisting.
