Certified Yoga Instructor by the Mexican Yoga Federation. Studied with reknowned teachers in Mexico, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Extensive experience teaching private classes, in companies, retreats, studios and gyms. Multiple Yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative, AcroYoga, Bikram, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Jivamukti, etc. I also teach Pranayama (mindful breathing techniques) and Meditation. Classes in Spanish or English.
