This was such a great class! The instructor was really knowledgeable and encouraging, and I felt so much more relaxed and flexible after. Highly recommend!
She instructs very clearly, her sessions are good for holistic health. Along with Asana practice, she has good knowledge of Yogic texts, so she tells us the scripture background of Yog. Overall learning Yog from her has given me deep understanding of The Self.
She is a very kind & humble teacher very serious about her work she puts everything aside when on her work. When someone is falling she helps them personally & she is really flexible & a good teacher.
