About Diana
I’ve been dancing since the age of six, and my love for flexibility started through movement and dance. From commercial styles to contemporary, heels and twerk, I’ve always been deeply connected to how the body moves and expresses itself.
Over time, I realized that flexibility isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about how your body feels.
I completed professional certification in stretching, functional anatomy and joint mobility, and I continue to deepen my knowledge in anatomy-based training. I am also certified as a Stretching and Flexibility Coach through an advanced program focused on anatomy, physiology and effective coaching methods.
For the past 2+ years, I’ve been working as a group and one-on-one coach, both online and offline. While I value group energy, I discovered that personalized training allows me to truly track progress, adjust to individual needs and help women achieve sustainable results.
My approach is rooted in balance. No overtraining. No extreme pressure. No chronic stress. I believe movement should support your nervous system, not overwhelm it. Strength, flexibility and posture improvements should feel empowering — not exhausting.
Today, I focus on working individually with women who want to improve posture, mobility, flexibility and feel lighter in their bodies without burnout.

Before we start working together, you will fill out a detailed assessment form. This helps me understand your goals, lifestyle, previous injuries, daily activity level and current body condition.
Based on your answers, I create a personalized monthly training plan tailored specifically to your needs. Every session is adjusted to your progress, energy level and movement capacity.
Our one-on-one lessons focus on posture improvement, joint mobility, flexibility and building strength in a safe, anatomy-based way. I pay close attention to technique, body awareness and proper muscle engagement to prevent pain and reduce the risk of injury.
My approach is not about pushing you to exhaustion. It’s about helping your body feel stronger, lighter and more balanced over time.
These sessions are ideal for women who:
– experience back or neck pain
– have a sedentary lifestyle
– feel stiffness or tightness in their body
– want to improve flexibility without extreme workouts
– prefer a supportive and structured coaching approach

Details
Working Process & Packages
Before we begin working together, you will complete a detailed intake form. This includes questions about your goals, current physical condition, lifestyle and any previous injuries.
You will also be asked to provide posture photos in a relaxed standing position. This helps me assess your shoulder blades, knee alignment, spinal positioning and overall posture mechanics. This step allows me to create a personalized and safe training plan tailored specifically to your body.
After reviewing your assessment, we schedule your complimentary first session (up to 60 minutes).
This session includes:
– A consultation focused on your main concerns
– Posture and movement analysis
– A 30-minute personalized trial workout based on your needs
Following the initial session, you can choose a monthly package:
– 8 sessions (2 times per week)
– 12 sessions (3 times per week)
With any monthly package, you receive:
– Ongoing support between sessions
– Guidance and answers to your questions
– Two personalized 20-minute video workouts tailored to your goals, so you can train independently between our sessions
– Equipment recommendations before starting (resistance bands, mobility tools etc) to maximize your progress
My goal is not just to train you during sessions, but to support your long-term posture, flexibility and mobility improvements.
