About Heike
I am German, living in London and I have been my very own guinea-pig since I decided how I want to be when I was 14 years old. After working in the finance industry and politics I decided I want to support young (and young at heart) people to feel more confident, happy, connected with themselves and others, and creating the life they want to live. So I trained at an American Coaching Institute and have loved being a coach ever since. I have developed a method that has proven to be successful with a broad variety of clients from all over the world. Take the first (and hardest) step to connect - it is so worth it.

Graduated from iPEC Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching I use energy leadership techniques.
I mainly work with young people at university and high school, and their parents. My main topics are: stress management, personal development, anxieties, eating disorder and body image, (re-) alignment with self, feeling happier and more confident, relationships and communication.
A coaching session is 60 min.
